Located on the south western corner of Harrison and Wells, Grand Central will comprise a mixed use development of ground floor retail, car-parking, a 200 bedroom hotel and a range of one, two and three bedroom condominium homes in two separate 25 storey tower blocks.

The ground floor retail which will include c. 15,000ft2 of grocery store in addition to other retail units will provide a convenient shopping outlet for every day necessities.

There will be extensive views of the Sears Tower which is located 3 blocks due north.

Grand Central will also be located in close proximity to other services including; Metra Rock Island Station, several Higher Education Facilities, a wide variety of hotels in addition to extensive shopping on Roosevelt and Michigan Avenue.

Construction is due to commence Summer 2009 with initial occupation envisaged for early 2011.
