Leading Irish and International developer Chieftain Group has announced several strategic promotions and new appointments. Mr Gerard O’Rourke Managing Director was delighted to announce the appointment of four new directors to the company due to the company’s rapid expansion and business development in Ireland and its growing number of global projects, expanding Chieftain’s presence in South Africa, United Kingdom and USA.
Mr O’Rourke said “to meet the companies development goals, I am extremely pleased to announce the promotion of several talented and well-deserving employees from within the company. These individuals have been instrumental in helping to formulate the company’s growth strategy and are key players in executing our business plan. The new promotions further strengthen the company’s management team. Four highly successful individuals have been promoted to direct each of four divisions: Sean O Sullivan to Operations Director, Denis Crehan to Commercial Director, John Collins to Projects Director and Donal Leahy to Financial Director.
These individuals have proven leadership skills and have been involved with Chieftain’s residential site acquisition in Ireland and its major developments division, including Coonagh Cross Shopping Centre, Lexington Park Chicago, Lime Street, Liverpool and various residential developments in South Africa.
